If you struggle for accountability and motivation, are unsure what will work best for your goals, or you're a total novice, personal training is for you. We all have different goals. Some people want to lose weight; others want to get stronger, improve flexibility or get fitter for a challenge or event. Whatever your reasons, I can help you; and we will have fun doing it. 1-1 sessions are held in a private gym, and NO membership is required!

Nutritional Advice
You've no doubt heard the saying "you are what you eat". Well, there is a lot of truth in that what you eat can have a huge effect on how you feel; both mentally and physically. I prefer to promote: eat well to live well. There is so much advice out there on food, how do you know what is relevant to you and your goals? Whether you are looking to lose weight, train for a sporting event, or you simply want to feel (and look) better, I can help. I will write you a nutritional plan, tailored to your dietary needs, to help you achieve your goals. I will help you stay both disciplined and motivated, supporting you all the way!

Online Coaching
We lead busy lives, whether it is family, work or shifts; and sometimes (as much as we want to) we just can't commit to the gym on a regular basis. Consistency is what counts, and if this means grabbing a quick half hour at home a few times a week, that is better than the odd gym session every few months. This is why I offer an online training programme that is 1-1, without requiring you to come to a gym. I will give you the tools to to achieve your goals in your time, your way. If you are thinking about joining this programme you will need to be super dedicated and disciplined. All online sessions will be on Zoom; I will be able to help you achieve your goals and objectives!
